Operations Manager

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to lead our term time & holiday provision programmes across Worcestershire.

This is a hands-on role combining Programme Management and Development, alongside supporting recruitment, partnerships and overall organisational development. The successful candidate will be the operational lead for key programmes.

Role Purpose

To manage, deliver and develop the organisation’s Alternative Provision & overall School’s offer, Mainstream holiday programmes & overall organisation development, ensuring high-quality delivery, strong staff management, safe practice, and positive outcomes for children and young people.

The Operations Manager will also support organisational growth through programme development planning, partnership building specifically with Schools & delivery partners, recruitment support, rota management and contribution to reporting and communications where appropriate.

SEND Staff (Term-Time Alternative Provision – Sessional)

Role Summary

We are recruiting SEND Support Staff to support children and young people within our term-time Alternative Provision programmes, with the potential to work across other PAL programmes subject to availability. This role is suited to individuals with strong experience supporting children with additional needs and who can apply trauma-informed and inclusive approaches in their practice.

Hours:

Sessional, primarily term-time, with potential additional hours across other programmes.

Pay:

Dependent on age, experience and qualifications – discussed at interview

All roles are subject to providing two suitable references and an enhanced DBS check. Attendance at safeguarding and core training is mandator.

Holiday Camp Cook

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Cook to join our team at our holiday camps in Pershore and Droitwich. The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing and serving nutritious meals, maintaining high standards of food hygiene, and helping to ensure a positive dining experience for children

Sports Coach (Sessional – Holiday Camps & Ad Hoc Term-Time Work)

Role Summary

We are seeking Sports Coaches to deliver high quality, engaging and inclusive physical activity sessions as part of our holiday camp programmes, with additional ad hoc term-time opportunities where available. This role is ideal for enthusiastic coaches who are passionate about inspiring children and young people through sport and physical activity.

Hours:

Up to 40 hours per week during school holidays, with ad hoc opportunities during term time.

Pay:

Pay dependent on age, experience and qualifications – to be discussed at interview

All roles are subject to providing two suitable references and an enhanced DBS check. Attendance at compulsory and optional training is required.

Sessional Camp Assistant Lead

We require Camp Assistant Leads to support the Site Lead and oversee activity delivery at our holiday camps.

Hours: Up to 40 hrs a week during school holidays

Pay: Depending on age, qualifications & experience

Expected to attend compulsory and optional training, all roles subject to providing X2 references & an enhanced DBS check.

Sessional Site Lead

We require Site Leads to Manage our holiday Activity and cycling 

sites and ensure high-quality provision for all

participants.

Hours: Up to 40 hrs a week during school holidays

Pay: Depending on age, qualifications & experience)

Expected to attend compulsory and optional training, all roles subject to providing X2 references & an enhanced DBS check.
