PAL Fitness & Education CIC aim to support people who experience disadvantage, in Worcestershire and the surrounding areas. In particular, PAL aim to support Disabled people, Children and Families from low income backgrounds, by creating inclusive opportunities to become physically and socially active.

What we do…

Holiday Camp

PAL Holiday Camps are a great way to keep your children active during the half terms! From multi-sports and swimming to arts & crafts. We host special trips during some of our camps, these could be Animal sanctuaries, Disco's or cinema trips and lots, lots, more! Our sites accept HAF (Holiday Activity Fund) bookings subject to availability, please get in touch.

Holiday Activities specifically tailored for children who have SEND & their families, to enjoy a variety of things to do in the holidays from Soft Play, Splash time all the way to day trips! Siblings always included!

Accessible Bike Sessions

Adapted cycling sessions, with use of specially adapted bikes! Suitable for families and adults. The whole family can ride and carers Ride for free! Great for all ages! Sessions are based on the main Velo Park Cycling Track, in a safe, private and secure venue.

Benefits

These activities build social skills, sharing skills and active listening skills, emphasising team work. These activities are suitable for all age ranges, building key life skills.
Promoting creativity and allowing children to take part in unique activities where they can express themselves freely. Working with specialised partners, we have activities which children wouldn't be able to access within the standard curriculum.
The thinking zone can involve both team or individual thinking challenges, to enhance the children's ability to problem solve and train their brain. Enhancing cognitive development in the holidays!
Children can swim in a safe and monitored environment, enjoying splash time with their friends while also building confidence in the water, developing their water safety skills. We will never have extra fees for swimming!!
Activities which are purely wellbeing focused, such as Yoga and the Daily Mile. This element creates healthy habits for children, enhancing emotional control, resilience and calmness, as well as promoting positive lifestyle habits.
Enabling children to be active, develop their skills, try new activities and build their confidence by promoting success to ensure children enjoy Sport and Physical Activity.

MiniBus Appeal

Our aim is to raise £25,000 to cover the cost of the bus, insurance, essential adaptations, and running costs for the first year. We’re asking for your help to make this dream a reality for our incredible children and their families.

All children eat

We are proud to offer HAF places on our camp, and when HAF funded* we ensure that every child in our provision has access to food throughout the day, including hot and cold options. We don’t believe in segregating children due to their families economic status, and we take pride in supporting every family who accesses our provision.
