About PAL

our mission & values

PAL Fitness & Education CIC aim to support people who experience disadvantage, in Worcestershire and the surrounding areas. In particular, PAL aim to support Children and Families from low income backgrounds and Disabled people, of all ages. We have a variety of projects and everything we do at PAL is about inclusivity.

Our key areas of work are all evolved around the issues identified above, targeting people who face disadvantages whether that’s because of having a disability or mental health challenge, a Long Term Health Condition or due to economic disadvantage which is often of no fault of their own.

Our Holiday provision for young people with disabilities and young people from low income backgrounds has the same values, ensuring that activities are inclusive, accessible and that all children can have positive opportunities outside of their school provision, while enjoying nutritious meals.

Our Inclusive Cycling project is all about engaging people of all age groups, in inclusive cycling and physical activity which they can access and enjoy. We have engaged children and adults of all ages in our inclusive cycling project, many of which had never had the chance to cycle as they didn’t have access to adapted bikes which meet their needs.

We have a large SEN offer, which facilitates SEND specific opportunities both in term time and holiday periods, ensuring no child or family is left isolated.

To add, we deliver educational programmes, for Children & Adults who learn more effectively in a practical environment. These programmes are co-created, working towards specific outcomes agreed with School’s, Colleges and partners.
