About PAL

our mission & values

Formed in 2020 in order to provide a comprehensive service that supports and promotes the health of people.

The company launched it’s signature evidenced based “Strength & Balance” Programme aimed at adults impacted by the Pandemic in 2021, as a result of a successful “Crowdfunding Campaign” – (Stepping Back2Health) – which has continued to grow from strength to strength throughout the Midlands.

PAL CIC strives to offer a variety of services to everyone seeking to improve their health and optimising their ‘functional fitness’ levels.  Our work extends to delivering exciting initiatives in communities (HAF Programme & Holiday Camps), residential homes and on a 1-2-1 basis.

Whether you want to enjoy:

  • Better mobility
  • Living more independently
  • Improve your health & fitness levels and gain many associated benefits

PAL CIC can deliver the best approach to support your individual needs.

Paul Lewin | Director

As founder member of PAL CIC, I am very proud to serve as a director – as the company becomes an important part of service user’s lives. My experience of supporting and delivering physical activities for all, actively promoting diversity, equality and inclusion, alongside mental and physical wellbeing, motivated me to form PAL CIC to enable people to take responsibility to manage their long term health conditions and to live happier, healthier and independently.
