Our team works closely with each school to co-create a programme that meets the needs of the pupils enrolled.
Sessions can be delivered during the school day as part of PE or as targeted interventions.
We know that some children experience barriers to participating in PE and physical activity when it’s delivered in a traditional way. That’s why our SEN Interventions offer tailored, small-group movement sessions designed to make activity accessible, fun, and confidence-building for every child.

All sessions are led by qualified, experienced activity leaders trained in inclusive delivery, safeguarding and SEND best practice.
These interventions can also support children to transition into community-based Spark to Move sessions, encouraging sustained participation and wider health and wellbeing benefits.
These sessions are designed for children who find it difficult to engage with PE or physical activity in a traditional format, including pupils with SEND, sensory needs, anxiety, or low confidence.
We typically work with small groups of 6-10 pupils to ensure every child receives the support and attention they need.
Ideally Yes, we encourage school staff or support assistants to be involved. This helps ensure consistency and enables skills to be embedded into everyday school life. However, we know this is not always possible, so we are happy to deliver the sessions tailored to your school’s needs.
Sessions may include dance, movement games, adapted sports, sensory play, and teamwork activities. We tailor each block of sessions to the needs and interests of the children.
Yes. We can align sessions to individual goals such as improving gross motor skills, social communication, regulation, or confidence. We can complete impact reports and individual reports per child, highlighting the impact of the sessions which can be reported to Ofsted, Governors & parents as an example.
Typical sessions run for 45–60 minutes. Programmes can be delivered as one-off tasters, short-term blocks (e.g. 4–6 weeks), or ongoing interventions. We recommend an ongoing programme, so that our staff can build a rapport with the children, while also being able to deliver a larger variety of themed activities broken down into term blocks.
All activity leaders are experienced and qualified in inclusive dance and sport delivery, with enhanced DBS checks, safeguarding training, and Level 3 First Aid.
