Chair Based Exercise
“Sit & Get Fit”
Mainly performed seated. (optional standing section)
Classes work on improving strength, flexibility & co-ordination.
Resistance bands, body, weights, balls, pomp pomps and other equipment may be used.
Low Intensity – Low Impact
Big & Bold Balance
Aimed at people with Parkinsons Disease.
Big & Bold Movements to open up posture & evidence-based exercise to improve strength, balance, co-ordination & flexibility.
Medium Intensity – Low Impact
Exercise/Dance to Music
Standing routines with some chair support, working on general fitness, co-ordination, balance & strength. Ideal for people whole like & are able to move to music!
